I think increases in listing on here is often related to what changes are being made over there.

As every time there is a change there is another dozen or more sellers thinking they have had enough of the disrespect and start trying other places..

But it could also be the fact the number of sales keep rising on ebid and the sellers on here keep talking about it

There has been an absolutely huge increase in the number of listings in the last month.
We have gone from roughly 2,000,000, listings on both the US and UK sites to 2,800,000 on both sites.

This is good but it does worry me for two reasons.
Any guesses as to why the big increases all of a sudden ?

I have found the culprit! They have listed hundreds of thousands of books and are still listing . I hope they bring their customers too. Am I allowed to mention who it is on here?

I keep pretty good records

The last time I counted the listings by category - Books, Comics and Magazines had 372,000 US listings (that was about 6 months ago)
Now there are 903,000 listings in that category, an increase of over 500,000.

The next highest increased category is Music and CD's from 152,000 to 252,000

Some categories have gone down (which is a worry)
