Footer display wrong on scrolling

If you use a less-than-max window size in Chrome & Firefox (didn't try any others) and look at the footer of the site, then scroll right to see the hidden portion, the grey panel does not extend beyond the original display.

Subsequent pages should be ok. We use different css depending on your browser width. Reloading the page or going to another page after resizing should fix.

I've just checked a buddy auction page, and your ebid all about me, and done a hard refresh (ctrl/F5) on both and they continue to show a faulty panel.
