Asprey London Silver

I have a pair of Osprey London silver hinged wishbone sugar tongs. Does anyone know where i could find out what the markings on it mean?

I have always found this site helpful. If you scroll down to the near the bottom it gives initials and alternatives to search for. Very often the initials of a company change over time so you can date those as well. Hope it helps
