The first time, I made 1 piece in auction and 1 other piece in Buy it now with the same title. Few minutes after, they disapear both of them, not only one, both of them. Why both.

Were they the same item, one in each format? That would violate eBid's rule against listing the same item twice. And yes, both of them would be deleted.

depends on where you are listing but i think it is banned on every ebid site
i know we cant sell them on the us site either

In the past Gazza has said that they are OK to list as long as they were not for sale in the UK. That is why the catagory still exists. It seems they waffled again and deleted everything in the catagory.
