I can't see that it will achieve much. If listings have to be a year old before they even get looked at as a candidate for closing then not much will change. You will still always have a years worth of dead listings on the system.

How long a listing has been on the system is irrelevant - it is how long since the seller has been on the system that should be the prime factor.

Just an update.. Our next update later this month we will re-commence removing 365 day old RUS and OFB items for users who have not logged in for a long period of time.

True...but at least Gazza and the team are going in the right direction. Once implemented, time frames can be changed as needed.
