Thanks, Sylvia...but I'm looking for the canvas and yarns. I'm going to try and make a bible cover from a booklet I have. Would love to give it a go, but right now all I have are the instructions...aaaack! Thank you again!

What count canvas do you need? I know I have some 14hpi and maybe 7 or 10. Will have a look and list next week.
Likewise with the yarn - what colours?
