I just want to say thank you to ebid. My friend and I, both of us unemployed moms for two years, decided to start a store together. It's a long story. But, we're starting on a shoestring. While I've never really had a bad experience with eBay I did learn a very important lesson yesterday about insertion fees. I didn't understand them all together at first. Excited to begin listing and making back some of our start up costs, well, I listed. Then I stumbled across the meaning of the insertion fee (pay even if you don't sell). That really could have been devastating to us financially.
So here I was trying to keep my hopes up that we would still be able to have some kind of internet presence with our store and I came across ebid. Your listing policies are very friendly to startups like us. Thanks so much. Now I feel like we have a chance to succeed. I happily paid the $50.00 bucks for a lifetime membership. You guys are awesome, I have a good feeling. I hope we can become part of the community here. We look forward to it.
