Here's the corrected spreadsheet - you weren't referencing the correct cell for the lookup value. The attached looks up based on the sub category. Also note the sub category on the first page is GMC Power Tools while on the second page its just Power Tools

Thank you ever so much for this. I simply added a few $s to keep the cell values the same and Cut 'n' Pasted.
It's saved me hours of work.
