    That's where information on a static "about me" page would come in really usefull. A full explanation and everyone pointed in the same direction. At the moment, the info is on numerous forum threads, various help pages....the list goes on....
    Don't get me wrong, I think it's brilliant to have it in as many places as possible for people to "trip over", but a definitive answer to a simple question is something that we need to work on.

    9 out of 10 YDC'ers agree, if you have to have your tick, nicked - it's best when done by a pro (or change for expert) at ebid. Aren't you sorry you woke me up!
