    I'm with you on this one Naturelady! Some of my last sales have paid Buy Now and never got the discount I was offering. I refunded via Paypal gift.

    The Winning email.. Should Say.. do not pay for this Individually if you have won other items or are currently Bidding from this same seller, then wait for Invoice when all is done by the seller.

    No it shouldn't, that is up to the seller to state whether or not buyers should wait in the seller notes that are sent with each purchase. You saying that it "Should say" denotes that if it don't say this it is broken, which is not the case.

    We'll be adding a "Mark as payment refunded" option on the AAL options and invoice options
    Thanks to the wise ones for listening and coming up with the best solution for this issue!

    We NEED a way to remove the paid icon WITHOUT making buyers think we've raised a dispute on their accounts. I don't care if the option is called 'mark as refunded', 'unmark as paid' or 'remove this icon without pi**ing off the customer', just as long as the option is there.

    I am sick of losing customers, time and money over a simple to fix problem that eBid have been made aware of countless times over several years.
    I bought something from an ebid seller the other day, and the process was little daunting.

    Buy surely if the buyer really wanted those 3 things from you, they would have got back to you so you could work something out !

    Today I noticed that the mark as refunded appears on some of the sales drop down menu, but weirdly not all

    No, it's not, I know from the images it looks like that, but even on invoiced items it shows on some as mark as refunded
