Problem with old Bulk Lister?

I seem to be having problems with the old spreadsheet bulk lister.

When I upload a spreadsheet I get the message “The file type you are using is not recognised. Please upload in TAB delimited format.”

I have of course checked, and the file IS Tab delimited. Thinking that I may have made some errors within the spreadsheet, I uploaded one that successfully launched only a few days ago.
This has produced the same error message.

Just to be absolutely sure, I have downloaded the spreadsheet template again and used that for my listings. Same error message resulted from that attempt too.

Is it just me or is there a problem with the old bulk lister?

I have left the two failed spreadsheets in my Bulk upload file.

I am using Windows ME on this computer with IE6, but tend to use Opera V 9.64 for my eBid work. I appreciate this configuration has its limitations, but I have never had a problem in the past.
