From what I've seen you're doing a good job with the YDC and any improvements that can be done to increase member participation can and will only be a good thing.

As with any group of people, pleasing everyone will be an impossibility - in some cases, pleasing some of the people can be a nightmare too. Other people simply like to make things difficult just for the sake of it - they're just a waste of space.

The YDC does need more people - it needs to be refreshed to make it more interesting to attract new sellers and new bidders. I tried to take the YDC forward in that direction and met with opposition at every turn along with unwarranted accusations and personal attacks from people - so kept the status quo as I got a dreadful headache from banging my head against a wall.
