Thanks Mel. I'll give it another try.

Can you let me know what a support ticket is?

thanks for this thread.... only minutes before had i said to my partner, the longest part of the listing/editing process was uploading the pictures!.....

i hope that the whole zipped file can be larger than 10mb or I have got a better chance of listing individually!

    Lisa,
Well we are still waiting for the folder to be compressed at the moment! I think I may have asked it to do too much in one go! oops!

Only when its done the folder (and i might be a grandmother by then, my daughter is only 7months!), can I then attempt the bulk upload!... phew this is hard work, think i may have a lay down!

Keep at it lisa, if it doesn't work, go away, have a brew and chocolate bar then return to it, thats what i do with my knitting when its getting a bit tooo faffy!

Just carried out an experiment uploading a 16+ MB zip file containing some large images. It took less than 4 minutes for them to appear in my My Gallery area.

Most of that time was taken in the actual uploading, the processing by eBid (resizing, etc.) after the upload took only a few seconds.

Only real problem experienced was that during the uploading there was no indication of activity and I had to monitor it on the Windows Task Manager - Networking tab.

I don't know what was wrong with mine Mel. My computer was doing a scan at the time (mcafee takes all day sometimes!) so whether that threw it out I don't know. At least I've uploaded them for now, even though it was the long way round. I'll try it again next time.

Can you let us know the filesize of the zip file. We are allowing up to 100mb currently. Would be interested to know filesizes of anyone having problems.
