Subscription Cancellation Problems

I am a new user. My subscription just keeps renewing itself even though I only wanted to run one auction which finished weeks ago.I emailed ebid and they said to go to the my subscriptions section, then "change my subscription" and select "end" but I have searched the page high and low and there is absolutely no "change my subscriptions" option to select!! I am at the end of my tether I just want to cancel my subscription and stop paying for something im not using. Any suggestions welcome.

You're a buyer. You don't have a subscription.

Have you already fixed it, or is there a chance you've accidentally created two accounts?

I have had a look as well, and cant see anything either, you only have a buyer account, according to your "about me" page.

Check to see if there are two accounts, and mail support (support@ebid.net) with all the details, as well.
