Thread: Whats it worth

  1. #1

    Default Whats it worth

    Ok Book Gurus,

    I have this;

    Reynard the Fox by John Masefield (aka The Ghost Heath Run)

    blue hardback cover, condition - sun fade & log fire smoke.
    Press - William Heineman, dated 1920.

    Unfortuntately, signed - to Peter, 13th Sept 1920, PP.

    I know it's not a masterpiece but given it's age I would presume it may be worth a couple of quid.

    Sitting nicely on my shelf at the moment, good read.

    Dave

    hi gamekeeper
    Age doesn't really make a book any more valuable.
    Yours is being offered at about £4.00-5.00 in the condition you describe, and there are lots of them.
    Sorry, your 6 month cruise must wait a while !
