Ninja Lister "erasing" Sales Tax

I noticed a little glitch in the NL Sales tax field.

If I import a db of listings downloaded from eBid that had sales tax displayed it does show that sales tax is there before I open an individual listing.

However, when you open the listing, the radio button is selected for Charge Sales Tax for a Single State but the sales tax state and percent no longer show in their fields. Instead it goes to the default "Please Select" and "0.00%". When you save, the info is no longer in the column in the overview of NL unless you go in and reenter the info in those two fields.

Also, the cursor is changing to and getting stuck on the "resizing arrow" tool instead of the pointer.
