What was the title and Description? If knife was mentioned in either it could be that, that is why it keeps getting removed, however I would not keep listing it as your account could be suspended. Email support and explain the situation to them

If it keeps being removed, why keep putting it back? It must be fairly obvious that there is some sort of trigger word that's causing the problem.

There should be no reason to 'email support' for permission to list an item that isn't prohibited

Clearly the removal is the work of a robot acting on certain triggers. Robots are renowned for not being very smart so if you keep putting the same item back they will happily keep deleting it for you.

You have two choices. Reword the listing so that the robot doesn't get upset about it or discuss the matter rationally with admin (regardless of if you feel you shouldn't have to) to find a resolution and/or get the robot's criteria modified.

If you flick a lion's left goolie with a wet towel and it bites your left leg off - you don't then flick its right goolie to see if its reaction is any different.
