No thumbnail picture
I've got 3 auctions up which are using the "gallery" listing, but the thumbnail pictures are not visible. I tried ending and relisting, making sure gallery listing was selected, and it is still not showing on those 3 listings. Any suggestions?
Links for the pictures themselves are fine. Nothing wrong that end.

Sounds like something's got broken for the thumbnail version of the picture. I'd edit the listing and reload the picture from my PC in that position and hope it joggled it into life.
I note the three items missing the thumbnail have the image stored on PhotoBucket in .png format. Could that be an issue?
Nope, no issue with the PNG image format. Always use PNG as it's better quality even though eBid make it jpeg which is annoying. But I've never had any issues using PNG on here at all.
I did try that actually, deleting the picture and putting the link back in when I ended the auction before but it made no difference. It's funny how it's only happening on the 3 auctions out of all those that are active when they were all done at the same time.

Did you manage to sort it? I am having the same trouble - plus I save as a PNG and still nothing!!
