contacted ebid about my ebid store

Right press back button,that takes me to home page i think.then "my ebid".Go on LHS :_It says Auctions running ,sold unsold etc.Well just below this it says ebid store.hit that link and it takes me to tonyreddevils emporium that you kindly designed for me.use the link there to go my ebid store and it shows to me only 19 auctions now and all in dollars.I know its what you said in the USA but i can change it manually to the UK.But why cant it be done automatically.Cheers Tony

Okay, couple of things...

1. that's a really long-winded way to get there. If you click on your tonyreddevil link at the top of the page where it shows your ID and feedback count, it will go straight to your "about me" page, and that has your shop on it. You're going via the maintenance page for your shop - a route that will get even longer if you ever open a second shop.

2. if it's taking you to the US site that way, there's a bug in the site! You should definitely reach the UK from your account via your shop maintenance link.

You said you'd reported it to support, has anything come of that?

When you go to http://tonyreddevils-emporium.ebid.net you will be redirected to a page, is this page us.ebid.net or uk.ebid.net ? Seems your IP address is being read as in the USA. Can you visit www.ebid.net/useragent.php and let us know what you see.
