After-Effects of a Prolonged Fever, or Website Glitch??

Granted I've been sick for a time, but I thought I knew how to send a pm. Turns out I don't....or is it, can't?

When I get to the page where the message field used to be, all I encounter are smilies. I can fill in the title but not the message; have I just completely forgotten how to access that field, or is this an eBid glitch?

Think it's a glitch. I just checked, and it appears I can send pm as usual. Field is clear.
