I had this in an Excel spreadsheet but could not get it to copy over here so it doesn't look so neat but the results are the same.

Figures appear to be showing twice. Gramma indicated she would be doing tally. Let's compare notes once it is up. Thank you Youmeus, the numbers were all over the place.

When I edited I deleted the duplicate numbers but when you quote it they show again. I think it is all because I copied the Excel table over here than edited it. If anyone could tell me how to successfully copy the table I have it filled in.

That doesn't look correct.

Shouldn't it be ACS (American Cancer Society)?

The seller is me and the buyer is keepsakesbydesign
price is 3x $1.50 + donation (by me) .50 cents Total = $5.00

Also:
Gramma1111 - burgyeb = $1.50

AHA Total 7.50

Shouldn't that be ACS Total $6.50

Have a question before I post corrections to the tally. The "Quilt/Wall Hanger sold for 300.52 GBP & the 41.00 GBP; should I use a conversion rate for donation made today or tommorrow (EST) for the dollar value?

In the best of worlds it should have been converted the day it was won. Since that can't be done now, use today....the closest to the win date. My opinion only do as you think is reasonable.
