upgrade 25th april not completed & not able to list correct number of stock

Hi,
I took advantage of the special offer of the 25th April to upgrade from seller+ to the next level. The message I received said that 8 pounds would be taken today to complete the upgrade, but that does not seem to have happened.
Also, I was unable to show any number above 1 for an item I am selling (tripollar gel)

please can you help?

When you have an auction running with the current QTY of 1, you can not increase the QTY(wish we could).
You have to close the auction.. wait 5 minutes, then Repost that auction with the QTY you want to have.

I just went to upgrade to life time seller + which it says on the side £49.49 may offer But when i click it its trying to charge me the £74.
Any idea's ?

It did say for 24hrs thats why i went to do it.
