Duplicating listings in Ninja problem

I can't duplicate a listing which I've imported to Ninja lister - the only option available is "add to good to go". I can edit it, save it and upload it but not duplicate it!

I prefer to create one online as a template, download it and then duplicate it. It seems the logical way to work.

In addition - the one which I've tried has failed due to buy it now not being greater than reserve when I have entered no reserve!

having been asked for a screenshot (which just shows what I've said), there is now another update for Ninjalister but it doesn't help.

I've tried creating a totally new listing and it lets me upload that - but I still can't duplicate it.

Last time I tried it, which was on competition day, I could duplicate freshly made listings but not imports. I'll check the latest version later and see what happens.

That's it! No more unpaid program testing for me. I left using it till it seemed to be working. It worked. Now it doesn't. Back to zipped files and "list similar" until it seems to be a useful tool again.

It does seem to be,"Two steps forward and one step back" at the moment but I do appreciate the effort the guys are doing to bring it on, not an easy task.
I have been waiting and watching since first release, and I`m just about ready to put my toe in the water with the NL, but I think I will wait a few more days. I have a few thousand items to list but my other life takes much of my time at present and I don't like doing things in dribs and drabs.
