Talking And now for something completly different ...

Please sponsor Richard and the R.N.L.I. will benefit

My son Richard plans to cycle a 700 mile route close the coast of Western and Northern Scotland. The route covers two extreme points of mainland Britain – the most Westerly point of mainland Britain at Ardnamurchan as well as the most Northerly at Dunnet Head.

Please visit his website http://www.richardtrevor.com for details of his trip as well as the Just Giving link for donations.

    Many many thanks!!

Smile 700 miles on a recumbant for RNLI

    £380.00 raised on day 1 !!!

Yes, Richard tells me it is very comfy - the headrest particularly when he takes a well-earned break.

Please dig deep and support this very unusual way of raising money for such a good cause as the RNLI. Thank you all Anne
