    Default Ninja rejecting pictures

Ninja is rejecting what appears, to me, to be a perfectly valid image. Photobucket URL is http://i562.photobucket.com/albums/s.../bogof_018.png and as you can see this works fine - here it is:

But trying to use this produces an image not found message in Ninja.

What am I missing? (Apart from the bulk upload prize, cos I give up!)

No problems with that one here Kimbo.

Try copying and pasting from a browser address bar.

Okay, I will thanks - but, um, I used the URL from the photobucket link box on the previous 17 or whatever. If it was just a one-off it's not a problem, but if it's going to randomly object to a slice of URLs it's going to slow things down rather. Shall I email support with any repeats?

As this is a remote image, make sure you were online at the time otherwise it wouldn't have been accessible.

I've just tried again. I took the image link from the photobucket link box, as before, and that failed again. I then pasted the same text into the browser address bar and it connect and displayed fine. So then I did as you suggested and recopied from the address bar and pasted that into Ninja - same error. It just won't get this picture! I've closed Ninja and will try again later!

Could it be something to do with one image being a png & the other a jpg in the same listing?

Nice idea, but don't see how - the others in the set were the same. The jpg is a standard image I use in pretty much everything, then the advert images are all pngs. I started out trying to load via Gallery but it was taking too long, so switched to using Photobucket URLs... several worked fine before this one failed. Haven't tried relaunching Ninja yet - but will do.

There we go. Restarted Ninja - used the same listing, the same picture and the same method - fine. Onwards and upwards...
