    Smile Digi Stamps

    Hi, I'm Lyn
I am thinking of listing some digi stamps but not sure about ebid policy. Any one got any ideas. I was thinking about emailing them to buyers. They're not ebooks or get rich quick schemes which are banned but hand produced images with copyright.
I've done a search for "Digital Stamps" and only come up with one seller in Canada who seems to be doing a similar thing and emailing the images, without being removed so I guess it's OK but I really don't want to get it wrong and get myself removed when I'm just getting to grips with ebid.

    Hi Lyn,

eBid are usually extremely strict concerning digital items. Perhaps the Canadian seller asked admin first before proceeding. You will need to contact support@ebid.net and explain to them of your plans. Hopefully they'll say yes

Like Jan say's I'd contact support to be on the safe side, but should be OK, not really any different from selling store banners & templates.
To be on the safe side I suggest you offer them on CD with postal delivery as an option, as well as digital delivery, then it's up to the buyer which they prefer.

Gazza's reply on the following thread, should make things clearer.

Thanks for your comments. I have been in contact with support about this thread and I thought others may be interested in the outcome. They even requested an example before giving me the go ahead to list. Phew!
If anyone else is considering a similar listing it really is worth clarifying where you stand with them.
The issues seem to involve copyright and protecting the community and ebid from abuse. I have explained what I have planned and they have said they will allow it but I think I am also going to take Gothicina's advice and also offer them on CD, not because ebid requested it. just because it seems the right way to go to reach as many potential buyers as possible and give them choice. Hope this helps someone else. I'm off to begin listing.

Hi I have a similar Question, Please can someone help me, I can't seem to get hold of Gazza via sending him a personal message.

I have written a lot of poetry and would love to send them to potential buyers via email, so I guess this is digital poetry. Would it be possible for me to list them as such, I noticed dragonsmoore got the go ahead with the digital stamps.

look forward to your replies Thank You!!!
