Thread: log in page

  1. #1

    Question log in page

Why is it when I go to log in page, I have gotten a notice for the last several days: 'page is not secure' [or something to that effect] from microsoft and I have to pick yes or no to show page?

It's because eBid has some insecure stuff on log in page. I just think the only info on log in page should be the user-name and password boxes. Nothing else should be there IMO

Well I think they should change it back. That will put some people off to using the site if they think it's not secure.

    Hi!

I've had it too. The only thing difference for me if I click 'yes' is that the blog links at the very bottom of the page disapear, so maybe it has something to do with them . (They still appear at the bottom of all the other pages though...

It's the Twitter and Facebook share links. We will remove for now and only show them on http pages in the future.

Thanks. Many people will not log in or sign up if they think the site is not secure.
