Reposts not reposting - Listings disappearing

I have had the same problem with 3 out of my 6 listings have vanished..I did wonder if I should just start again with the Ninja thingy...

Like lots of others I've been losing listings...a bit like "Lost". A few hours ago I had 6 now I've got 3...?
Are they just dropping off the edge of the world? ...

I've never seen Lost, but anyway...

A quick glance shows that of the three you have left, two are for the same product in different sizes - any chance the others where accidentally put up with the wrong (identical) number in the title?

My avatar was a present from a very nice ebidder who doesn't seem to be around any more.

I'm not really a fan of the Ninja - but I use the text file method and it works fine. You need to be comfortable editing text files though.

I've re-uploaded my bits (!) recorded all my numbers etc and will check again in the morning to see if Mount Fuji has gobbled up any more listings...(greedy...taramasalata..)

Beyond a joke! Use the contact form or email support and ask them to let you know why they're being taken off, or investigate if it's happening accidentally. If you have some sample listing numbers for them it will help enormously. Send them as much information as you have, and let us know what they say. Good luck.
