Not only are my new listings not appearing but my shop has vanished
I have listed 13 football programmes this morning which are no appearing on the site although when I click on my shop details they are there as normal.
Then I checked searching for my sporting memories shop under the shop listings and it is now not listed either.
If I can't find it nor can any customers and a Sunday is probably the best day for sales.
What's hapening?

Rather than just use the usual 'auctions I am selling list, I had a look in my ebid store under summary - ebid store link to see my shop and I think that all of the missing items are showing there certainly most of them. maybe they are not lost just stuck somewhere?
I'll correct that I did a general search for a couple of these items and they did not come up.
Has anyone contacted support about the problems you are all having?
My posts only state my own opinions, unless I've stolen them from someone else

I also asked them to look at Forum that other people are having the same problem.

I've just listed seven moda fat quarter packs but they are not appearing in auction listings or searches - although I can see them in my store.
I'm not the only one then, I should have 140 listings yet when the auction closes they don't go into unsold or sold they just disappear. I did raise the matter with support when I noticed 3 had gone but now I have 4 items missing
