Store Categories

Not able to add new store categories at the moment. First noticed the problem yesterday.Any help would be much appreciated.

The maximum number of parent categories is 30 which you've reached unfortunately.This means you can't add a "B" for Bedford.
You are allowed 15 sub cats to each parent cat so might be a way to juggle it eg;parent cat A - D etc.

We've never had a request for the limit to be increased. Let us know if you wish to request this and we will look into it.

Thanks Guys,
As you can see I'm a newbie and hadn't noticed the category limit.
I'll re-organise to make use of the sub cats and that'll be fine.
Will keep plugging away and will hopefully get my first ebid sale soon!
It's definitely much more friendly here.

Yes, I would benefit from having the limit on sub-categories increased. I am having to juggle one of my top categories (ie splitting A-L & M-Z) because I have more 15 sub-cats. Tony http://buses-galore.ebid.net

I most certainly could do with more Parent Categories and Sub Categories.

I wouldn't mind having 50 Parent Categories and up to 100 sub categories.
