Gazza strange search glitch

If you search eBid for
Macrame is gives results for
both Macrame & Macramé which is what I'd expect to happen.

If you search for Macramé, it gives 0 results.

Considering the category is spelt Macramé (as it should be), you'd think search would be able to recognise it.

You get the same result searching from the French site, where you'd expect an e acute to be recognised.
