Where did my Em@il go?

I have had a message left me tonight from a buyer letting me know a missing parcel had finally arrived. In the past I would also get an Em@il letting me know someone had sent me a message on eBid, but tonight I didn't. I have also sent messages in the past and customers hadn't received them. Is it me? I have checked my settings and all is as it should be. I am concerned because I have sent a couple out tonight and had no response but of course it is possible they have not been read but I do wonder if they have just not arrived.
I am aware it could be a problem at my end just wondered if it might be happening to someone else.

If you quote the auction ID it might help support track the comms - just a thought.
