I have seen this too. I cant recall exactly what I was doing but I have seen that and I have never listed anything for sale yet.

rover.ebay is an affiliate program that is supposed to display ebay ads and earn revenue for the affiliate holder. Not sure how that ties in here on ebid or why it is loading like that but my guess it is for one of the ad units.

Sorry but I cannot see what the problem is. Its a well known fact that there are ebay affiliate adverts on here and they no doubt use the rover.ebay affiliate program to keep a check on these adverts.
My posts only state my own opinions, unless I've stolen them from someone else

Also eBay themselves (and the ePN program) advertise through Google AdSense and a bunch of other programs, always pulling their ad content from the rover.eBay.com server farm - it is quite likely that it is an Adsense ad unit trying to load an eBay ad - rover.ebay.com are notoriously slow at responding with content, and on several occasions have caused a couple of my hosting accounts to get suspended for "server resource abuse" due to locking-up the web server while it was trying to fetch eBay ad content.

G&M need to filter their permitted advertisers better in Google.
