That's a good point Bakers Dozen.

That pheebay site needs advertising it is as slow as. (those negative sounding names never work)

I had always thought that we used feebay on here as if we mentioned the other big site by their name that the thread would be pulled.

So what do you recommend ?

When I first joined I played along with the "don't say ebay" thing all the time, out of politeness. I've finally concluded it's nonsense, I'm afraid. And looks silly to outsiders looking in. All that saying ebay does is make the forums here more visible on Google to people looking for an ebay alternative - how can that be a bad thing? If you search the forums for "ebay" you'll get several pages of threads, and some even have it in the title. There's no suggestion that it's a "bogey word" that gets threads deleted, as far as I can see.

I bought some comic books from a seller here awhile back and was well pleased.Looked at his listings a bit later and bought some more.Told a bunch a comic book geeks about it on a chat board I hang out in and put up a link to his listings.One of them checked it out and bought some.Spread the cheer,it works too.

And I've also listed a few books and some comics.More to come later.Many more.
