Help I am stuck. I have got all of my ebay listings in the turbo lister 2 and I've highlighter them all. But when I go to the file menu I cant exprt anything, the option is not there. I've tried the help menu on turbo lister and it just says the same.

Any ideas? I've not used the turbo booser for a long time, could this be the problem? I have the 2 version

I just joined ebid as a seller. Have been a member for a while.
I am trying to import Ebay items.
I downloaded Turbo Lister, exported items as a csv file.
When I open that file there is not any information there that I can see....but I have not used such a file before so maybe that is ok. Maybe not.
Then I opened Ninja Lister. Put in required info and tried to import the file.
It gets to 99% and says "please wait" for a half hour.
    Tried again, same thing. Help!!!!!

I just had that problem. Seems like you can only export "ended items".

What did you open the file with? Could you have saved it away and altered it? If so export a new files from TL and import that directly into NL.

If you don't think the above will help then contact support via: http://uk.ebid.net/contact.php and attach your exported file - so they can look to see where the problem is.

    See http://homepage.ntlworld.com/astral....icks.htm#a0055 regarding active listings.

I'm still awaiting someone to confirm that this works - so please let me know if it does or does not.

I found out what I was doing wrong. I needed to select "all" data to export. I was only exporting the number of the auction not the description, shipping info etc. You have to put a check by what pieces of data you wish to export or select "all".

How can I move my listings into a new folder I have created in the Ninja Lister? I tried dragging a listing ....but no go. Thanks, Kat

    Hi,
I'm trying to load two auctions that are nearly identical and it won't upload the second one from NL. This item comes in boxes of 500 so one auction is for full boxes. The second auction has only 400.

Is NL considering this a duplicate listing and not running the second one? Is there a way around this?

    Thanks,

    Debbie

I don't know that NL enforces the duplicate rule - but it might I suppose. If the two titles are identical then they would come under scrutiny at some stage.

Have you tried, if they are the same, adjusting your titles to make them unique? E.g. adding x400 and x500 to the title.
