Default Re Ordering Folders -- How ??

Hello -- When I first started setting up my NL -- I started by entering my Pre Planned File Structure only to close NL and Re-Open to view my Handiwork and find all my folder structure -- GONE. Now figuring out that an Empty Folder Disappears.

SO.. I have been importing and continuing to compile folders and listings. Its a Mess as folders have come over in the order they are transferred.

I have attempted to re-Organize the folder order by Dragging and Dropping -- the line where I want to drop appears and ONCE a folder did move. BUT, since then - I highlight -- I drag -- I drop and Nothing Changes -- I dont find any info in help screens or video about accomplishing this task --

Can Anyone help ?? I assume that if it worked One Time, it must be a Feature but why it wont work since then ???

Thanks as Always for your help

I'm getting this error on upload and I can't find this field in the data.

"Domestic Shipping Handling price field is empty, please specify it"

Dragging is not currently available but is in the works for the next version.

Can you give more details, at what exact point did the error appear. Have you made sure all your auctions do not have empty Domestic Shipping fields?

    Thx

    Hi Gazza,

I am just trying to import one item until I get it figured out. I get a failed notice and the log gives me the error above.

The domestic shipping field is this "?~*28.0*d*60x26x5:08"

Thank you for your prompt attention,

    David

Again, can you let us know the EXACT process you are taking and where the error is appearing. Without seeing or knowing what you are doing it's very hard to help.

Can you also forward your data file that you are importing to support at ebid dot net FAO gazza..

    Thx

Ok, I used eBay Turbo Lister to export a csv file. Then I used the Ninja import function to get my auctions imported. Then I select one auction and put it in the good to go bucket and upload. Then I get an email that the upload is complete and I go look and it is says failed - 1. I view the log and it says the error listed above.
