We dont have any backlog of ninja uploads. Everything should be kicking off within 5 minutes of upload. Although the actual time take to start all the auctions you upload will depend on how many.

The new version of the NL won't have any effect on the time taken, after you get the confirmation on screen in the NL that your items have been uploaded and are waiting to be processed then the NL is taken out of the game, our servers then take over the process, so any delay will be over in Dallas.

Let us know if anything is taking more than 10 minutes (more if you're uploading thousands!) and I'll look into it.

It has happened again, when the last update came put it deleted all my items from Ninja Lister. I re-added some and when this update came out all my listings were gone from Ninja Lister again and when i went to "Restore from backup" it doesn't reconize the files. anyone else having this problem? or know what to do?

Hi,
I can't install the latest Ninja. First had problems with Adobe Air but that has now installed again. Ninja Lister just says the install file is damaged. I have downloaded ninja again and still the same problem. I am on windows 7.
Please advise....cheers

I installed the latest one + installed the air download too; the first time it didn't go through but after that it did. I am also and windows 7; I suggest you try again and make sure that NL is closed ... The only problem I am having is that it won't decode 100% but it does upload onto ebid from previous files that I had already had on NL + I also tried decoding previous files that I already have in NL and that works too but it just won't let me get new files into NL ... I have tried several versions and it's all the same.

Have tried 8 times. Everytime the install file claims to be damaged. I don't have NL open anyway. Will try de-installing NL and see what happens

Edit Update: Have de-installed Ninja and tried installing latest version. Still comes up with damaged file error.

I need some assistance. I want to put some items into my 2nd store from NL. How do I put them into my 2nd store? If I just upload them onto ebid wouldn't it just go into my first store?

Do I need to do anything in NL before I upload them?

Adjust the store number and category accordingly; the first part is your store number. For example, instead of 1:2a use 2:2a (not real codes, you need to check your own cats).
