Thanks for the reminder to update this thread! Finally posted the last item today (honestly, it wasn't urgent, I wasn't just being lazy ) and after taking postage off the payment there is a healthy £8.50 to go to the RNLI, which I'll hand over to tomorrow's shop volunteers to put in the box on my behalf. If I remember to take the camera as well, I'll get an action shot.

JUST A LITTLE WHISPER!! next one is going to be raising money for our Boys and Girls through Help for heroes, Huddy has kindly said we can use his just giving page for making the payments and donations.

Nearly forgot to post this! The last bit of cash went to the RNLI as promised last week. Since it was just dropped in the donations box there isn't a receipt, so I asked Jane the volunteer to kindly model for action shots.

Now i'm not sure how (or why) this has happened......... i'm guessing that they have "summarised" all donations made with ebid.net as part of the donor title

But I got a lovely letter today from Shelterbox, thanking me for my donation.......and that our box number is:
