Could be from a family crest. The sheaf of wheat and the notched scimitars are both in common usage in heraldry.

The three seaxes are the emblem for Essex, the wheatsheaf probably represents the agricultural area & the deer possibly royal hunting grounds. What they represent as a whole,I ain't got a clue!

If you can attribute them to a family name then they should be worth more. If someone famous then maybe a small fortune. You really need someone into heraldry and stuff as they would know where to research. I've tried Google also and not found a coat of arms or crest that bears all three icons.

I think you will find Windsor is the makers name. Maybe Windsor Cufflinks Ltd of Birmingham
My posts only state my own opinions, unless I've stolen them from someone else
