Thread: Winners of YDC 73 - Belated announcement

  1. #1

Default Winners of YDC 73 - Belated announcement

Firstly my sincere appologies for not doing this at the correct time.

For those that don't know, we have got builders sorting some things outside the property and we are having an assortment of builiding work done right through the whole house - which means having to totally empty each room for the builders to go in, and then me following the builders doing the decorating and laying new carpets etc, before moving furniture & trimmings back into the room. The whole process is taking its toll on my back and muscles. I have to do most of the lugging and carrying as Ray with dodgy back isn't in a position to help so its taking longer than it should, and taking a lot of my attention & time. Hopefully, though when its finished, the house will be like new, and as some of the rooms are being changed from their current purpose, it will be as if we've moved.

Anyhow, back to the YDC winners.

The UK winner is Cornishmaid1961 with her sale of the Sega Saturn Games Console to Mobymatt http://uk.ebid.net/perl/account.cgi?mo=account-auth which ended at £30. Congratulations on your win

The USA winner is burgyeb with her sale of the T-Shirt with a history to marciac http://uk.ebid.net/perl/account.cgi?id=24629203&mo=account-review which ended at $46.00 (£28.06). Congratulations to you

There is a YDC this week - listing day Friday. I will be doing the announcement thread later today when I have confirmation on the winners chosen charities.

How time flies! except with 6-8 inches of snow since Thursday, it has seemed to drag too. I have a new doily to list and I took a pic yesterday, so I'm ready.

Burgyeb has chosen Deborah Heart & Lung Center as her charity for the US. She has a thread posted here in Charity & Fundraising.
