Thread: No Paypal button in the invoice.

  1. #1

Default No Paypal button in the invoice.

I recently sent an invoice to a buyer and when he received it there was no buttons to press for him to pay in Paypal. I sent him another copy of the invoice and this did not have the pay buttons either. I sent him a third just to make sure and he said there was no buttons either. So I had to give him another option to pay for the goods. Has anyone come across this before, and if so how did you get over it ?

I would rather be patient than be a patient

Have you set your PayPal address in your account Personal Details?

I've just looked at your live auctions, and a few don't have payment options set. Maybe that one didn't either?

Thanks Bykimbo, Yes that is exactly what has happened. I must have forgot to tick the PP box. I think I will have to apologise to the buyer for messing him about. Maybe you can answer me another question before I put it out for general release Why is it that I have 63 auctions going on yet when I click STORES it only shows about half that amount. And Gallery doesnt show them all either, only when I go to Auctions I am Running does it show me all my items. And yes I did make sure there was only one page. Maybe I didnt classify them properly, I dont know. Can you shed some light on this please. You seem to know a lot more than me.

Hi, I think you answered your own question. Easy to forget to make sure the item is listed in store, and every once in a while the dropdowns want to pop open and shut too fast and you can miss putting it in the store subcategory.

Do a spot check and see if you missed a few.
