Has anyone else had a problem with the "dropdowns" on the DVD pre filled forms not working. I can not create a new one or correct an old one as most of the drop downs don't work. Is this only for British sellers?

Has anyone else had a problem with the "dropdowns" on the DVD pre filled forms not working. I can not create a new one or correct an old one as most of the drop downs don't work. Is this only for British sellers?
Can you provide us with
Sub Category
EAN/UPC or TITLE
and be more specific about 'not working'

last example: Gladiator, UPC: 6706872042. Could not be found under title or UPC. Would not let me use any of the "drop down" but allowed some "fill in boxes" to be completed. Rating "drop down" worked. I believe that is the only box that worked. Filled in form will not be accepted unless some of the non working "dropdown"s are completed? Can't figure it.

The "release year" and "rating" are the only two dropdowns that worked. The "region" and "DVD Category" and "DVD Subcategory" does not drop down. You can not submit a new prefilled form without these two! Thanks for the first response.
This has been going on since day one of joining. I have tried "reloading" the page numerous times, to no avail.
