Default Why don't we try to get a sub forum on PSU

    Hi Guys
I am obsessed with Power Sellers Unite.
I like to watch their auction listings chart.

But they also have quite an active forum. Basically pro all non-ebay sites.

But there is no dedicated sub-forum for ebid. There is a quite a few others.

Why don't we post a few threads on their forum and then ask them to set up a sub forum for ebid.

Especially as we are the second rating auction site. Although the Moon is fast catching us up !

I am going to post a thread today.

And if someone did one on the Ninja that would surely be great for us.

It's been requested before, they don't seem interested.

I think it's because eBid is a UK Company not a US one, a number of us that used to post there were told our experiences weren't relevant because we were in the UK.

Every thread about eBid gets moved to just one long thread anyway, so starting new threads on eBid doesn't really work.

I rarely bother to post there any more, & I know I'm not the only one.

A long time ago I heard a whisper that the people running PSU are not great lovers of this site

Could also be the reason they cannot be bothered to correct our listing figures over there
My posts only state my own opinions, unless I've stolen them from someone else

That's the impression I got when I used to go there.

I haven't posted there in ages ...to be honest...I won't bother until they can be bothered with eBidders

On the other hand persistent bumping of the *ananzle thread did seem to be the reason that that site got a sub forum.

And..... the one eBid thread does get a lot of views. I occasionally post a link to my Flickr photostream, showing what I've sold, on that thread. I always see a spike in views on the photostream shortly afterwards.

So if we keep posting in that ebid thread (intelligent posts) we may get our own sub forum.

That has got to be good surely.

As I've said elsewhere, I've never got into PSU - can a regular there tell me what the benefits, purpose, whatever is? Thanks if you can.

Having just looked at their forums for the first time in ages, I'd say that their treatment of ebid is pretty shabby - separate subforums for everyone else with more than 5 listings and not for this site smacks of prejudice!
