can you please tell me why I can send PMs, get into my account okay post in the forum okay, But when anyone sends me a PM they get user not found. Support seem to have lost the plot and tell me it's all okay and to change the password to get into the account....... err why I am already in it.

I've just had a look at my forum admin page,

& when I change the permissions for pm's & try to send one,this message comes up.

So I would hazard a guess that it isn't anything to do with the forum permissions.Sorry I can't be more help.
