Jewelry Not in Search

Hi Everyone;
I am new to ebid and have just gone through 21 pages of jewelry,and do not see any of my listings.Also went into vintage jewelry and none there either.
What am I doing wrong?When you have a problem such as this,who do you get in contact with and how?

As a buyer also,I think Jewelry Books,Bags,Boxes and jewelry displays should have their own category to list in.I think jewelry and watches should be just that! What do you think?

Since there are nearly six thousand necklaces listed, I'm afraid I shan't be paging through! It certainly seems to me that necklaces needs splitting down further - though I've no view on what the best way would be.

On the search eBid bar above,all I did was write in Jewelry and got a mix of jewelry,boxes,books etc,Found none of my auctions,also typed in vintage jewelry and got none.
6,000 necklaces Whew!! Sounds like I have to type in a specific piece such as necklace, bracelet etc.for my auctions to come up.Will check it out.

Maybe because your titles &/or descriptions don't have the word Jewelry in them.

Search either searches titles alone, or if you click the box, description as well. It DOES NOT search the words used in the item category or store category. It will only show your items if you have used the words in them that you are searching with.

The search, as Goth' says, looks for what's in your title - not categories. If you want to find things by category, you use the browse. It's one of the reasons I always advocate putting what appear to be obvious keywords like "book" into titles, even though it's duplicating the information from the category.
