Exclamation Postage costs to rise on 6th April

Cost of postage to rise as from April 6th.

    1st class up to 41p.

Superdrug selling 1st class stamps @ 37p (usually 39p) until 13th February so stock up now before the price change.

I had a look at the prices most of the bands the increase is below 0.10 and on the Air Mail to Europe it seems to have gone down, maybe ive read it wrong.

It may only be a few pence increase but I still found it surprising. Postage costs were put up last year (if I remember rightly) by 3p on 1st class and now they're doing it again.

For the last 3 years postage has gone up by an average of about 10%.
Last year some rates were as much as 15%, but by slightly tweeking things (i.e. they did away with International small packet, which became printed paper rate), the average was about 10%
Are they announced on the RM website now?
I looked at the weekend, but couldn't find anything then.
    If so, what's the link?

    Music.
Plato says when the music of a society changes, the whole society will
    change.
Aristotle, a contemporary of Plato's, says when music changes there should be laws to govern the nature and the character of that music.
Lenin says that the best and the quickest way to undermine any society is through its music!
