My son Mark is taking part in the Scottish Half Marathon

My son Mark is taking part in the Scottish Half Marathon on 23/05/2010 to raise money for Help for Heroes and would really appreciate your support.

When he did the Birmingham half marathon you were all so generous and helped him raise money for the British Heart Foundation, and I am hoping you will help and support him again, this time for H4H.

He is especially close to this charity as he was stationed at the hospital in Birmingham for a while and got to know some of the people involved with the charity, whose offices were in the same building...

He will...he loves running.
