This Ninja hasn't, and ebid don't claim that. The first version, started two years ago, had to be thrown away - some sort of problem/dispute with the supplier, I think. This one is Ninja reborn. And is still a toddler, it appears.

the beta had a problem and had to go for a while, hopefully a better beta edition will be here on monday with bugs fixed and other improvements

I'm betting on a better beta but I bought a bit o' butter so I can butter up the beta builder if I must. If the beta isn't better I might beat the builder with my booties till the beta-builder's bonce is sorely bust. Then I'll boot up my computer and be belting out of ebid and you'll never see my booty for the dust.

According to Gazza you don't have to uninstall, it will give you the option to upgrade when new version is released.
