Smelly time again!!
Today Ive done a huge casserole of Lamb, with rosemary and red wine.
Been bubbling away now for 4 hours - the aroma is incredible.
Trying stacked potatoes with it - never done them before, so just did a small batch half hour ago to try them - excellent - highly recommended
2 hours till din dins!
