Odd. Have you tried selecting everything in there and hitting delete a few times (I like to be thorough ) then starting again?

    Tried that and failed

I did CTRL & A to select all, deleted, updated, typed again and still as image above

Just tried creating a new store (using Firefox) and no problems with entering the full 255 characters. Displayed correctly when set to online also.

Double-checked using my test store, and no problem here. Looks like one for support, I think.

If it helps I'm using google chrome, but had no issues on Friday when I set up my charity store.

Maybe admin could fumigate it to get the bug out.

Daft question, but am I correct in thinking that I cannot set up store 3 as exactly the same as the store name will already exist?

    Chrome here too.

I think admin have been beaten to death by the Ninja and will never be seen again.

True, but you can change the name on the existing one first.

Just tried same with Google Chrome and can confirm the problem. Sticks after the input of 50 characters.

    OK in IE7 also.
